Jo Johnson is the Chairman at AIEG. A Member of the Privy Council and of the House of Lords, Jo has served in many Government roles, including as Head of the No.10 Downing Street Policy Unit and as Minister of State for Universities, Science and Innovation (attending Cabinet).
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Chenming Bao, Honorary Doctor, University of Greenwich, is the Chief Executive Officer of AIEG, and he also serves as the Proprietor of Abbotsholme School. As a highly regarded senior expert in international education with a proven track record spanning more than 20 years, he possesses an in - depth understanding of the educational frameworks in the United Kingdom and other international contexts.
CO-FUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
David Brown is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of AIEG. David also serves the Deputy Pro-Chancellor, The Council of the Keele University.David's previously the co-founder and Group President of Oxford International, one of the UK's largest private education groups.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Donald Hu is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at AIEG, and Executive Director of the High Achiever Programme (HAP). He brings extensive prior experience as Head of Education, China at the British Council.
As a seasoned senior professional in international education, he possesses a profound understanding of the UK's educational system and valuable insights into global educational frameworks.
The High Achiever Programme (HAP) provides a structured and well-supported pathway for talented international students to transition smoothly from their studies in home country to UG/PG programmes at top UK universities.
